I am convinced that the world can become better and more sustainable through new technologies - and I try to do my part.

I am a generalist. I like to think through issues and pour rough ideas into concepts that I can implement together with others. I believe in small but well-staffed teams whose members work together in a demanding and trusting manner. My team mates are important to me. I believe in the power of intrinsic motivation through "Purpose, Autonomy & Mastery" (Daniel Pink). In doing so, I always seek success and also expect that my fellow team members care as much about the team and the results of our work as I do.

Even after almost two decades of work experience, I remain paranoid and on the search for new learnings and better ways to do business. I am constantly weighing things up and trying anew in order to understand the world around me and act upon it.
